ALE Housing

For Carriers and Housing Coordinators

  • One residence, not a block of hotel rooms: seven bedrooms and four and a half baths keep a large or multi-generational household together under one roof, with a full kitchen, laundry, and enclosed parking.
  • Cost that is easy to defend: a single itemized invoice per placement, with tax lines, written for the claim file.
  • Terms that follow the claim: three nights to ninety, extended or shortened as the repair timeline moves, with a phone call rather than a re-booking.
  • Status on demand: a direct line to the host for placement status, extensions, and move-out confirmation.

ALE Housing

For Adjusters

  • Same-day placement where the calendar allows: availability is confirmed against a live calendar, and a placement can be quoted, papered, and confirmed within hours.
  • Documentation as standard: signed short-term rental agreement, itemized invoice, and a single accountable point of contact.
  • No consumer checkout: invoiced billing with net terms, payable by ACH or card, with no platform fees.

ALE Housing

For Displaced Families

  • A real home six minutes from downtown Atlanta, in the quiet Grant Park Historic District next to Zoo Atlanta.
  • Heated pool and spa on private enclosed grounds, a chef's kitchen, laundry, fast internet, and a laptop-friendly workspace for anyone still working.
  • Set up for children, with a crib, pack-n-play, high chair, and fireplace guards. Pets are welcome under the house rules.
  • A 24-hour local contact for the whole stay.

Referral to Move-out

How a Placement Works

  1. 1

    Referral

email the dates, household size, and carrier or TPA to info@grantparkestate.com, or submit a booking request and select Insurance placement.

  2. 2

    Confirmation

the host confirms availability and returns a quote and the rental agreement, typically the same day.

  3. 3

    Move-in

arrival instructions go to the family 24 hours before check-in.

  4. 4

    Extensions and move-out

extensions are handled by phone or email as the claim progresses, and move-out is confirmed in writing for the file.
