The request form asks for your name, email, mobile number, party size and the ages of any minors, the purpose of your stay, and how you heard about us. This is used only to evaluate and arrange your stay and to send you the related emails. It is never sold or shared for marketing.

Grant is an automated assistant that answers from the host's own notes. Please don't type personal or payment details into the chat. Questions are stored, with email addresses and phone numbers removed, so that unanswered questions can be passed to the host and the answers improved. If Grant can't answer and you choose to leave your email, it is used only to reply to that question and is deleted within 30 days of the reply. Questions may be processed by an AI provider located in the United States under zero-data-retention and no-training terms.

No payment is collected on this website. Payment details are handled by our payment provider on its own secure pages when you are invoiced.

Our availability calendar reads booking dates from the platforms we list on; no guest details are exchanged. We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to info@grantparkestate.com. Stored chat questions are kept for up to twelve months; booking records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes.
