The house is available as additional living expense (ALE) housing, also called loss-of-use or temporary housing, for carriers, adjusters, and housing coordinators placing displaced policyholders. - Fast turnaround: availability confirmed against a live calendar; a placement can be quoted, papered, and confirmed the same day.
- Documentation as standard: signed rental agreement, itemized invoice with tax lines, and a single accountable point of contact.
- A human, immediately: placements are handled directly by the host, with a 24-hour local contact for the duration of the stay.
- Flexible terms: three nights to ninety; extensions handled with a phone call, not a re-booking.
